About Richwood Inn

The hotel opened up in late 2007 as the first step in the attempt of the hotel principals to integrate various properties in Richwood, WV to capitalize on the tourist potential of this lost gem in the midst of one of the nation’s most beautiful national forests.

At this stage the hotel is only partly opened, but we are proceeding to have the restaurant open soon as well as finish the remaining rooms. In the meantime, we are going to be having ‘specials during reconstruction’.

The hotel was built to be different, unique:
From having one of the largest murals in the nation, being finished/improved as we continuously try to improve.
To the black cherry flooring, mostly hardwood custom made.
To the poplar bark siding.
And the special ambiance we cannot describe by words.

As we grow the business, we are eager to hear from all those who also felt in love with this special part of West Virginia.
